What happens in the spring?
It is often too cold with chances of freezing. Mid-April is about the earliest I plant the cooler weather tolerant plants like peas.
Until I can plant I have some weeding and other projects I can get done. I never really know for sure exactly what I will be doing when and we’ve had late snows at times which can interrupt any thing I might be doing.
Most of the warm weather crops get planted towards the end of May and into early June.
